Pity/Szkoda

How one should keep smiling and be glad when after a few days of nice weather or strictly speaking warmer temperatures, is getting cold again. Never in the history of meteorology in the Netherlands such high temperatures were recorded at this time of the year as they were at the beginning of this week (something around 18 centigrade in the shade). Such temperatures are not only pleasing for us but also for the nature that immediately starts to live again. On trees and bushes new buds appeared and even small leafs were already growing. And also pollen showed up… For me not a problem but for Wojtek it is an issue. His nose is swollen and he has no energy at all. Today is raining a bit so he feels better. Tomorrow will be rainy and colder. The following days the temperatures will get substantially down . For Wojtek it will be fine but what about all these plants that already started to live? Especially when it will go down to -10°C?

I really like winter, snowy and cold winter but I’m longing for spring so much right now!

Jak tu być zadowolonym i uśmiechniętym, gdy po paru dniach ładnej pogody, albo raczej wysokich temperatur znów robi się zimno. Początek tego tygodnia miał temperatury nie notowane nigdy wcześniej o tej porze roku . W cieniu było nawet 18 stopni Celsjusza! Temperatura miła nie tylko dla nas, ale też otaczającej nas przyrody. Od razu na drzewach i krzewach zaczęły rozwijać się pączki, co jest widokiem miłym dla oka, nie powiem. Niestety od razu pojawiły się pyłki, co jest mniej przyjemne, szczególnie dla Wojtka, który od razu ma zatkany nos i brak mu energii na cokolwiek. Dziś nieco pada, więc mały czuje się lepiej. Jutro ma być nadal deszczowo ale też dosyć zimno. Dla Wojtka może lepiej, ale co będzie z tymi roślinami, które już zaczęły się rozwijać gdy temperatura faktycznie spadnie do -10 stopni?

Choć lubię zimę, taką ze śniegiem i mrozem, to już bardzo czekam na nadejście wiosny.
